BoardMr Kim Goodall - Executive Chairman Mr Goodall has worked in the information technology industry for over 30 years, initially with Management Science America (MSA) Inc. He was the founder of PKTECH International Ltd, a Malaysian IT company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and more recently co-founded Temenos Group AG, a Swiss-based company specialising in the delivery of software systems to the banking and finance industry.
Mr Goodall was appointed CEO of Admerex in January 2005, and took up the position of Executive Chairman in June 2005 | | Mr Humphrey Nolan – Executive Director Mr Nolan’s has had over 20 years experience in senior management and within the consulting industry. Currently the Company’s Chief Executive, Mr Nolan was instrumental in effecting the Company’s restructuring program in 2008. He was formerly the Chief Executive of P & O Logistics in North America. He is currently a Director of a number of substantial private companies and is Chairman of Troncs Holdings, a logistics business. | | Mr Chris Rowbottom - Non-Executive DirectorMr Rowbottom has in the last decade, served in C-level, Managing Directorship and Board level roles with some of the most prominent financial services software vendors in the world providing and supporting consumer risk, debt management, behavioural scoring and core banking applications. Mr Rowbottom brings to the Admerex Board almost 30 years of senior management and board level experience within the global IT and Financial Services industry. | |
